NAWSRC Regional Meeting May 22,23 2009, Chicago

The NAWSRC (National Association of Waterproofing and Structural Repair Contractors) is holding a Realtor and Building Inspector focused Regional Meeting this May in the Chicago Area.

This Association has a large area of local, regional and national contractors in all specialties regarding the foundation of the home. The NAWSRC wished to reach out to Realtors in the Chicago area to help them help their clients in repairing foundations in order to help sell homes. Brand new homes sell the quickest where homes with serious damage typically take longer. Foundation problems are one of the most typical problem areas found when inspecting and selling a home.

As a Realtor, homebuyers look to you for answers and guidance. The NAWSRC is holding this event in order to give you tools to continue to help your clients and build your professional network and knowledge.

I attended this meeting and was impressed with the information exchange. Metropolitan Industries was a very gratious host and the NAWSRC supplied some excellent topics. I was especially impressed with Pat Donlea, United Structural Systems, and his presentation.
