Gerstad Builders Model Open This Weekend at Liberty Trails of McHenry

The Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago’s New Home Tour focuses on Liberty Trails of McHenry this weekend.  Gerstad Builders community is conveniently located within walking distance of schools, shopping and recreation.  The community consists of ranch designs and two story homes ranging from 1700 to 3200 square feet with many customizable options such as walkout basements, screened in porches and four season rooms.  The Jefferson model is a large ranch design with an open floor plan offered in Liberty Trails.  Gerstad Builders focuses on comforts and style offering 9 foot ceilings, large master suites, walkin closets and gourmet kitchens.
