The New Admiral At The Lake Retirement Community

July 05, 2009

admiralThose looking for a Chicago retirement community for residents 62 or older can set their sights on the New Admiral At The Lake.  Located on Foster and Marine Drive on the northside of Chicago, practically on the shores of Lake Michigan, the building will feature 27 different floor plans.

The nonprofit group behind the building has continously provided care for seniors in Chicago since 1858.  Perkins + Will are the architect assigned for the building while Greystone Communities of Irving Texas is the developer.  Bovis Lend Lease will act as the general contractor, the same company who recently constructed the Trump Tower.

The New Admiral on the Lake is perfectly positioned to capture in impending boom in retirment and assisted living centers demand.  With millions of baby-boomers set to retire in the next decade, The New Admiral on the Lake should be ready to capture this upcoming anticipated market.
