Toll Brothers The Crossings In Morton Grove

Chicagoland new home buyers can begin to research the featured builders and developers getting ready to kick-off for the upcoming Chicago Tribune Festival of Homes.  Starting Sunday, September 11th and continuing through mid-October, builders such as Toll Brothers, Merit Homes, Cambridge Homes, Revere Community Housing Development and more will feature their communities.

Toll Brothers will be featuring two communities, The Crossings at Morton Grove and the Bloomingdale Walk.  The Crossings at Morton Grove are designed and attracting the newly single, empty-nester and transferee that enjoy low maintenance living close to Chicago and O’Hare.  The luxury rowhomes have 2 bedrooms and feature four different floorplans and layouts to choose from.   For the young family, newly married or engaged couple, the location is more than a positive. Family Circle magazine chose Morton Grove as one of the “ten best towns for families” that combine big-city opportunities with suburban charm.

Also on Festival of Homes tour is the community of single family homes close to completion on Chicago’s south side named Revere Way.  Conveniently located near the Chicago Skyway and the Grand Crossing metra rail stop, it’s anchor is the Paul Revere Elementary School, perfect for young professionals.  Revere Way was developed by Mr. Lee Reid, Architect and President of Revere Properties—a multi-faceted real estate development company.  Mr Reid is managing the development, construction and sales of the Revere Way housing in addition to other new projects in the community. Lee has over 25 years of experience developing similar projects throughout the Metropolitan Chicago area. He can be reached at 773-324-1745.
