For first time and future home buyers on Thursday, September 17th you can learn the ins-and-outs of purchasing a home.  With only two and a half months left before the first-time federal tax credit expires on November 30th.  When Congress passed the $8,000 credit for first-time home buyers last winter, it was intended as a dose of shock therapy during the housing crisis to get buyers buying.

Well, if you’re on the fence, now is the time to act because chances are you may have lost the ability to purchase with the tax credit.

But don’t worry about the tax credit al0ne, now’s the perfect time to buy! Why?
