LEED for Homes projects in Chicago’s western suburbs are being listed on the Northern Illinois MLS for prospective home buyers. Each of the homes will feature:

  • Efficient resource use
  • Highly insulated thermal envelope
  • Durable and sustainable exterior finishes
  • Energy Efficient components and design
  • Responsible water usage
  • Homeowner awareness strategies
  • Responsible site selection and development
  • Healthy home environment

The model homes are priced between $551,000 to $619,000, and include:

While the homes aren’t pre-certified at a given LEED level as USGBC does not allow that, the design and construction team should meet the standard, and end up developing a truly green home for the future owners. Learn more about Chicagoland LEED for Homes projects.
