565 W. Quincy Offering Steep Discounts For Chicago Condos

Belgravia Group’s West Loop Chicago condos are seeing major discounts in the Quincy Condominium LLC 241 unit building.  Prices are up to 30% off an already great value steps from downtown Chicago.  Located just west of Union Station between Jackson Boulevard and Jefferson Street, 565 Quincy is a great reuse of an existing building of Chicago real estate.

The building features a new-construction 11-story tower built on top of an existing seven-story concrete loft building. The two styles give buyers a choice of more than 30 floor plans ranging from 547 to 1,335 square feet and offering one to two bedrooms and one to two baths in the shadow of the Willis Tower.

New pricing goes into effect Saturday, January 16 will save Chicago home buyers anywhere from 15 percent to 30 percent depending on the unit tier and floor. Here are a few examples:

• A junior one-bedroom, one-bath condominium in the tower, which was selling for 201,000 is now priced at $164,000, a discount of $37,000
• A 795-square-foot one-bedroom, one-bath condominium in the tower, which was selling for $297,000, is now priced at $217,540 with free parking, a discount of $79,460.
• A 981-square-foot one-bedroom-plus-den, 1.5-bath loft, which was selling for $383,400, is now priced at $301,520 with free parking, a savings of $81,880.
• A 1,227-square-foot two-bedroom, two-bath in the tower, which was selling for $440,900, is now priced at $331,425 with free parking, a savings of $109,475.

Overall, prices range from the $150,000s for junior one-bedrooms in the tower to the $370,000s for two-bedroom, two-bath lofts. A garage parking space is included with most floor plans.  565 Quincy is FHA-approved, allowing qualified homebuyers to purchase with as little as 3.5% down.  The building also has a number of distinctive amenities not available in any other new development in the city. The centerpiece is The Q Room, an 11,000-square-foot recreation area with two bowling lanes; an indoor putting green; a movie theater; pool, ping-pong and foosball tables; a lounge area; and a fitness center with cardio and weight training equipment. Other amenities include a sundeck with catering kitchen, a 24-hour doorman, heated parking garage and bicycle storage.
