Voice of the Bulls Sells Naperville Home

February 08, 2010

Bulls radio announcer Steven Kashul has scored a home sale.  Kashul and his wife, Cynthia, sold their 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath Naperville home for $475,000 on Dec. 17.

The Kashuls bought the property for $387,000 in 2004. The 2,049-square-foot house was built in 1956 in the Heritage Woods neighborhood. It is a ranch-style house that includes a full-size bowling alley in the basement.

Steve Kashul is a professional radio and television personality. He has been the lead announcer for many teams and organizations, including the Chicago Bulls, the senior PGA Tour for CNBC, Big Ten Women’s Volleyball and the Illinois High School Association. He also currently hosts “The Golf Scene,” a weekly show that airs on Comcast Sportsnet.

Kashul reportedly is renting a home in the same area and has plans to buy a house somewhere closer to Kildeer, where he is director of membership for Kemper Lakes Golf Club. The Kashuls are attempting to sell their second home, which is located on Lake Holiday near Sandwich and listed for $429,000.
