Huge yard on one side, Lake Michigan on the other. Nice.

An east Highland Park home with 200 feet of sandy beach as a yard has sold for $3.205 million.

The 3,277-square-foot house, 65 S. Deere Park Dr., has stunning views of a ravine and Lake Michigan, which can be accessed by simply walking down some stairs.

Built in 1955, the glass and stone home has four bedrooms, all on the lower level, five-and-a-half baths, three fireplaces, two kitchens, terrazzo floors and a three-car garage.

The tax bill on this Highland Park haven in 2008 was $58,608.83.
