’80s Star to Take the Arboretum Stage for the Trees

July 21, 2010

OK, so maybe this isn’t Chicago real estate news, but I couldn’t resist: A 1980s pop star, who I admit to having a major crush on throughout my teen years, will be playing live at the Morton Arboretum on Friday.

Huey Lewis: He's still cute!

Huey Lewis and the News, in the midst of a national tour, will make a stop in Lisle on Friday at our very own Arboretum.

Huey, 60, and the group will be playing many of their old hits, but you should also expect to hear selections from their new album of soul songs that is yet to be released.

Chicago musician Katie Todd will open the show.
