Free Workshops for Kids and Adults at Home Depot

August 05, 2010

On the first Saturday of each month, the Home Depot offers free How-To Workshops that teach children do-it-yourself skills and tool safety.

Just in time for school, this Saturday’s workshop will have kids ages 5 to 12 making a School Bus Pencil Organizer.

All kids get to bring home their crafts, along with a kid-sized apron (this might be on your child’s school supply list!) and an achievement pin.

You can also buy workshop kits online at www.homedepot.com/kidsworkshops.
