A Chicago-area home remodeling company is throwing a Super Bowl party, but not only because the Chicago Bears might be in it.

Airoom Architects & Builders is sponsoring a Pre Super Bowl Party on Thursday, February 3, at its Lincolnwood location to benefit the Children’s Memorial Foundation.

The event will feature:

*Live music

*Free food in Airoom’s nine uniquely designed kitchens from local restaurants (Graziano’s, Myron & Phil, L. Woods, Village Inn, Jameson’s, Chicken Inn, Subway, D’Agostino’s and Thyme for Dinner)

*Free wine and beer samples provided by Founders Brewery and Lincolnwood Wine and Spirits

*Bears Super Bowl highlights shown throughout the event on seven large-screen televisions

*Sports trivia challenge with prizes

*A chance to enjoy Airoom’s massive showrooms that might just inspire your next home remodeling or renovation project.

There will also be a silent auction that evening with some amazing options, including:

*Football signed by former Chicago Bear Gale Sayers

*Limited edition, laser-signed photo of Chicago Bears

*One-week vacation

*Large-screen TV

*Watercolor artwork collection

*Tons of gift cards from area restaurants

*A chocolate football made by Skokie’s Illinois Nut & Candy

Proceeds from the event will go to the Circle of Friends, a group that raises money for Chicago’s not-for-profit Children’s Memorial Hospital, one of the top pediatric hospitals in the country.

The hospital is currently working on a Heroes for Life campaign to raise $600 million to create the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago.

Scheduled to open in 2012 in the Streeterville neighborhood, the 23-story, state-of-the-art hospital will enhance patient care and offer the latest and most advanced technology, research and cures to help Chicago’s children.

“The Pre Super Bowl party is being hosted by a new group called the North Suburban Young Professionals (NSYP),” said Ivette Camarano, Showroom Manager at Airoom and co-creater of NSYP. “We plan events to benefit non-profit groups in the local community.

“This one is going to be fun.”

The cost to attend is $12 at the door or $10 if you RSVP by January 26.

By then we’ll know whether the Bears will be making that trip to the Super Bowl, which will make this party all that much sweeter.
