Ryland Homes Kicks Off Preconstruction Sales at Herrington Estates in Bolingbrook

Preconstruction sales are now underway at Herrington Estates, Ryland Homes’ brand new community of single-family homes in Bolingbrook that’s conveniently located near I-55 within highly acclaimed School District 202.

Two fully furnished models are expected to open by late April, and construction is slated to begin soon on presold homes and two inventory homes that will be ready for delivery by early summer, said Tracy Gignac, sales counselor for Ryland Chicago.
