The Chicago Association of REALTOR‘s 19th Annual Good Neighbor Awards ceremony will take place on Wednesday, May 18 at Lincoln Park Zoo.

If you want to attend, you should purchase your ticket by May 11 to save.

The Good Neighbor Awards were created to not only showcase groundbreaking projects in the Chicago area, but also to encourage rehabilitation and redevelopment of local community properties.

In the past, the award has been given to developers who have saved architecturally significant buildings from being razed, who have tackled stigmatized properties and who have taken extra care to fit in with the surrounding neighborhood.

More than 200 attendees are expected to be at the Good Neighbor Awards next week. Get your tickets today.
