Healthcare’s Chicago Real Estate Topic of Conference

The Illinois Real Estate Journal’s Annual Healthcare & Real Estate Facilities Conference is set for Wednesday, May 18, at the University Club of Chicago.

The conference brings business leaders together to discuss how the real estate industry can meet the changing demands of the healthcare industry.

The University Club will host a Chicago real estate conference on Wednesday.

“Healthcare real estate remains one of the most vibrant sectors in commercial real estate,” said Mark Menzies, publisher, Illinois Real Estate Journal and Midwest Real Estate News. “Yet with healthcare reform, increasing pressures on healthcare systems to improve efficiencies and return and a still tight credit market, the industry is not without its challenges.”

Close to 20 speakers from more than 15 commercial real estate and healthcare firms will be on hand to discuss healthcare real estate topics.

Those topics include:

*State of Healthcare & Real Estate Industry

*Developing, Investing & Leasing Healthcare Facilities

*Designing, Building and Finishing

Registration is $49 and includes a continental breakfast.
