Recycling Event at Liberty Trails in McHenry

June 23, 2011

Oh summer. Warm days filled with swimming, get-togethers with family and friends and ice cold beverages. But after you’ve cracked open and enjoyed your drink, what do you do with your cans? Do you throw them away? We have a better idea for McHenry County real estate residents: recycle!

Families living at Liberty Trails in McHenry can recycle their aluminum cans all summer long. The community will collect cans weekly and sell them at the end of summer. The money made from the sale will then be donated to a local food pantry.

Everyone at the community can help. So, let’s join together and do a good thing not only for the environment, but for McHenry County as well.

Are you disappointed that you can participate in this community effort because you’re not a resident at Liberty Trails? Well, we have some great news for you. We’ve recently rolled back the prices on all of our new homes all the way back to our 2003 price points. But, we didn’t stop there. We’re also offering a 10 percent discount for the first 10 buyers who purchase and close on their new homes in 2011.

Not only is this offer good at Liberty Trails, but buyers interested in other communities including The Trails of Dawson Creek, Bailey Estates and the Richmond new homes at The Trails of Pheasant Ridge can take advantage as well.
