Look Inside the Blagojevich Chicago Home for Sale

October 06, 2011

Patti Blagojevich must read Chicago Real Estate Forum.

The day after we wrote that the Blagojevich’s Ravenswood Manor home was listed for sale on the Multiple Listing Service sans interior pictures, a bevvy of shots were released.

And, what a lovely home it is.

The Blagojevich family officially put their Chicago residence up for sale on Sunday, indicating that they could no longer afford to live there while impeached Illinois governor Rod Blagojevich awaits sentencing on political corruption charges.

Patti Blagojevich is the Chicago real estate agent who listed her five-bedroom, four bathroom Mediterranean-style abode this week for $1.07 million.

The pictures of 2934 W. Sunnyside Avenue, Chicago, show:

*Library with endless bookshelves and a fireplace

*Music room with French doors leading to the dining room, in fact, French doors throughout

*Spacious family room with a brick fireplace

*Galley kitchen with an eating area that’s surrounded by windows

*Well-sized entrance foyer

*Stained-glass window in the hallway

*Tons of windows and natural light

*Beautiful hardwood floors

While there is a deck, porch and brick patio, the photos reveal that the home doesn’t really have a backyard.
