Gerstad Builders offers incentives on McHenry new homes

The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) recently released a publication, Homeownership Works, asserting that “the home is central to American life.” The article gave several reasons to support this observation including the home industry creates jobs and housing is an essential component to America’s economic stability. With new incentives on McHenry new homes from Gerstad Builders, homeownership is more affordable than ever.

“As rents continue to rise and interest rates continue to decrease, purchasing a new home is a more viable option for many families,” said Roger Gerstad, president of Gerstad Builders. “And we’re making it even easier to purchase a Gerstad Builders home with price rollbacks and homebuyer incentives until Dec. 31.”

Recently, Gerstad Builders rolled new home base prices all the way back to 2003 price points; and the builder is currently offering a 10 percent discount on new homes that close by Dec. 31, 2011. With four communities to choose from including Liberty Trails, The Trails of Dawson Creek, The Trails of Pheasant Ridge and Bailey Estates, homebuyers are sure to find the home of their dreams.
