Gerstad Builders is offering incentives to home buyers through the end of the year.

Gerstad Builders wants to remind new homebuyers that time is running out to take advantage of its buyer’s incentives. The builder of McHenry new homes is offering 10 percent off the base price of new homes to buyers who have contracts by Dec. 31, 2011 at Liberty Trails, The Trails of Dawson Creek, The Trails of Pheasant Ridge and Bailey Estates. The 10 percent discount represents a savings of $17,600 to approximately $29,000.

In addition to the 10 percent discount, Gerstad Builders rolled new home base prices back to 2003 price points, making these homes more affordable than ever.

“The holidays are right around the corner, and before we know it this year will be over,” said Roger Gerstad, president of Gerstad Builders. “You don’t want to put off making your dream of homeownership a reality because before you know it, the year will have ended and along with it our homebuyer incentives.”
