December 13, 2011

gerstad builders new home incentiveTis the season to be jolly, and what a better way to get into the holiday spirit than with a holiday party! The Southwest Suburban Home Builders Association and the Sales & Marketing Council invite all SSHBA members to enjoy some Holiday Cheer on Tuesday, December 20, 2011 from 4 to 7 p.m.

The event will be held at Rockwelz Bar Meets Grill located at 11265 159th St., Orland Park, IL. Appetizers will be sponsored by the SSHBA and the Sales & Marketing Council, so join us for great networking with fellow Chicago home builders and others in the industry.

This is also a great time of the year to give back to those in need. The Sales & Marketing Council is also sponsoring a toy drive for children who might not have a very merry holiday without our support. If you plan to attend the holiday party, please bring a new unwrapped toy for a little boy or girl. SMC members will deliver the toys.

RSVPs are not required for this event but are certainly appreciated!  If you plan to attend, please call or email Shannon Rocha at 708-349-4242 or

Happy Holidays and we hope to see you on the 20th!
