Community of Williams Bay homes welcomes new residents.

Located in Williams Bay, Wis., Bailey Estates is known for its spacious new homes constructed by Gerstad Builders on estate-sized lots. The community of Williams Bay homes has seen a lot of end-of-the-year activity, and is pleased to welcome its newest residents, Jim and Dee Hamill.

“We are excited about all of the recent activity at Bailey Estates,” said Roger Gerstad, president of Gerstad Builders. “We have welcomed several new residents at this community in Williams Bay, and are honored that the Hamills chose Bailey Estates as the location of their new home.”

Jim Hamill, a retired Chicago police officer, and Dee Hamill, an administrative assistant at a manufacturing company, have lived in the Williams Bay area for approximately 14 years. Prior to purchasing a Gerstad Builders’ home, the couple resided in a gated community with Homeowners Association dues.

“The association fees were getting out of hand,” said Jim Hamill. “We did a background check on Gerstad Builders and found out that they are very reputable. “Also, Dee’s cousin, who is an architect, lives in a Gerstad Builders’ home.”

The Hamills purchased the Jefferson home design. Spanning 2,170 square feet, this three bedroom, two bathroom ranch-style home provides plenty of room for the couple. The floor plan boasts a family room, formal living and dining rooms, walk-in closets, gourmet kitchen and a four seasons room with elegant French doors.

Jim and Dee Hamill decided to take advantage of Gerstad Builders’ signature offer to customize the Jefferson floor plan with elegant upgrades such as flooring and bathroom modifications, upgraded stone on the fireplace and a customized kitchen with black appliances, double ovens, quartz countertops and upgraded cabinets. Also, because the family room is so large, the couple converted the home’s formal living room into an office.

“Gerstad Builders has been very responsive,” said Mr. Hamill. “The builder stands by its product, and we do appreciate that. We’re not worried about if something needs attention: they’ll be there to take care of us.”

Bailey Estates is composed of spacious three to five bedroom homes on large, estate-sized lots that span up to one-and-one-quarter acres. New homes span up to 3,200 square feet with popular features including GE appliances, Kohler fixtures and Colonist doors and trim. As with the Hamills, all buyers are invited to customize Gerstad Builder’s existing floor plans to fit individual lifestyles and preferences with additions such as three-car garages and basements per plan.

When completed, the community will boast a wonderful amenities package including a planned, four-acre park with tennis, walking paths and outdoor basketball court.

In addition to Williams Bay homes at Bailey Estates, Gerstad Builders constructs Poplar Grove homes at The Trails of Dawson Creek, Richmond new homes at The Trails of Pheasant Ridge and McHenry new homes at Liberty Trails.
