What are the latest market trends?  If you want answers to these questions and the ability to network with others in the industry, then join us for the  Greater Chicago Home Builders Association’s 2012 Market Forum on Monday, January 16, 2012 from 8 a.m. – noon.  This half day event features Dick Greenwood, Vice President/Director Builder Marketing at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage as our keynote speaker.

The event takes place at the Coldwell Banker Training Center located at 1225 W. 22nd St., Suite 130 , Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60523. The cost for the event is $75. for non members and $45 for GC members. Click here to register for the 2012 Market Forum.

As VP / Director of Builder Marketing for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Greenwood is responsible for maintaining relationships and developing new business opportunities with contractors, builders, architects and developers.Greenwood has decades of experience in the building industry including serving as sales director at Hartz Construction Co. and director of sales at Gallagher and Henry, a Chicago area residential home development company. In his spare time, Greenwood enjoys expeditions to remote areas of the world.

Greenwood is active in the Home Builders Association of Greater Chicagoland. He currently serves as the Chair of our Sales and Marketing Council and he was recently a featured member on the association’s website.
