Learn About Home Staging At SSHBA Breakfast

The Southwest Suburban Home Builders Association (SSHBA) has an exciting Sales & Marketing Council Networking Breakfast coming up on April 16 at 8:30 a.m. The event  features a presentation by Sherie L. Wilks called “Life’s A Stage.”

Topics to be covered include:

  • What Is Staging And How Is It Different From Decorating?
  • What Do Today’s Buyers Want In A House?
  • How Can A Stager Help You Sell More Houses?

The event is sure to provide great information and ideas for professionals involved in Chicagoland real estate.

StagingWhy is home staging so important in the real estate world? In the past, homeowners were left to their own devices when it came to making their home presentable for potential buyers. While some homeowners may have had a knack for staging, many found themselves in the dark as to what is the best way to showcase their property.

We all know the old adage about making a good first impressions and never is it more vital than when trying to sell a home. Professional home stagers have the experience and know-how to work with the flow of your home to bring out its best attributes and increase that all important aspect of selling a home: Curb appeal.

The event is free for SMC members and only $10 for non-SMC members.
