New Homes Sales Seminar at SSHBA this Month

The month of April is filling up with exciting and informational events for professionals involved in Chicago real estate. One of the most eagerly anticipated events is the Certified New Home Sales Professional seminar presented by Custom Construction Concepts and the Southwest Suburban Home Builders Association’s (SSHBA).

This event will take place on April 24, 25 & 26 at the SSHBA office located at 10767 W. 163rd Place, Orland Park.

  • Understand the critical path to successful selling in the new-home sales environment
  • Explain the basic construction features that benefit the home-buying process
  • Utilize elements of effective communications in the selling environment
  • Expand your knowledge of the legal aspects of the real estate business and fair housing guidelines

Completion of the course will entitle specialists in new home sales to designation credit towards CSP and Master CSP as well as continuing education credit for CAPS, CGA, CGB, CGP, CGR, CSP ,CMP, GMB, GMR, Master CSP and MIRM.
