HomeFinder Launches Real Estate Agent Makeover Program

October 10, 2012

chicago real estate agent makeoverLast month, HomeFinder.com invited five real estate agents to Chicago for a two-day business makeover that focused on marketing, branding and social media training. More than ten thousand real estate agents across the country applied for the opportunity.

HomeFinder.com is a website that connects real estate professionals with home buyers and sellers. The company is an expert in the digital real estate market, and wanted to offer agents an opportunity to increase their knowledge of technology and marketing.

While none of the agents selected were from the Chicago real estate industry, the HomeFinder.com makeover is still interesting to take note of because of its desire to prepare real estate agents for the next era of technology changes.

Topics at the makeover ranged from how search engine optimization is changing the real estate industry to how real estate agents can benefit from becoming savvy about photography. Agents were even given new haircuts and clothes as part of a seminar about professional and personal style.

Blog posts, articles and videos from the event are available at the HomeFinder Makeover website.
