Want to live in a Lincoln Park condo formerly owned by a White Sox player? Here’s your chance.
Ex-Chicago White Sox catcher A.J. Pierzynski recently put his five bedroom Lincoln Park home on the market.

Pierzynski is a two-time All-Star and was the starting catcher when the Sox won the World Series in 2005. Last month, he agreed to a one-year contract with the Texas Rangers worth $7.5 million.

The home of the former White Sox player has a $1.75 million asking price, and is located at 2139 N. Clifton Ave. Built in 1886, the home has a Victorian exterior as well as a garage rooftop deck, a white DeGiulio kitchen and a first-floor family room with a wet bar.

The five bedroom, four bathroom home is also equipped with several fireplaces, a two car garage and can even come fully furnished. The trendy pad is being sold by Koenig & Strey Real Living.

Pierzynski isn’t the only Chicago sports celeb who decided to take up residence in Lincoln Park. Cubs general manager Jed Hoyer paid $2.11 million for a five bedroom Lincoln Park home in September.  Hoyer’s home has twelve rooms, two fireplaces, a two-car garage and a lower-level recreation room.
