Thomas + Henry General PhotoInterested in getting a new hair cut while simultaneously decor hunting for your new home?  Then visit Thomas + Henry, one of Chicago’s newest home accessories shops.

Located at 1445 N. Wells St., Thomas + Henry features both vintage and modern decor plus small gifts and accessories, and the in-store hair salon will be opening sometime this spring. The salon will boast products from the Swedish hair care company, Sachajuan, which offers a variety of beauty products that are paraben and sulfate free.

Thomas + Henry is owned by Paul Lechinsky and Jim Jostes, who also heads the Andersonville home decor store Room Service and who has worked as a hairdresser for more than a decade. There is only room for one chair in the salon, so be sure to book your appointment several weeks in advance.

Room Service, Thomas + Henry’s sister shop, specializes in offering art and garden home decor as well as decorative objects and vintage mid-century modern furnishings. Located at 5438 N. Clark St., Room Service also offers a great selection of vintage barware. Be sure to visit their website and check out their extensive photo galleries.
