Beechen & Dill Homes Wins Silver Key Award for Home in Clarendon Hills

ns_48200_09Chicago Real Estate Forum and Marketing RELEVANCE congratulate Beechen & Dill Homes, Inc. for winning a Silver Key Award in the Excellence in New Construction – Custom Home Over 5,000 square feet category for the home built on Gilbert Avenue in Clarendon Hills. The Key Awards are the premier awards in the new home construction industry.

This custom home was built with complete luxury in mind, and it features a custom playroom, faux finish wooden beams in the master bedroom, a balcony off of the master suite that overlooks the backyard, an oversized homework/craft/laundry room, a Lutron automated lighting system, walnut staircase and floors, hammered copper bar sink and French doors that lead from the family room to the patio. The patio offers an unbelievable outdoor living room that is complete with a free standing fireplace, plasma TV and a tongue and groove bead board ceiling. Overall, no detail was spared on the interior or exterior of this home.
