Chicago Author Anupy Singla Shares Her Picks for the City’s Best Indian Culinary Spots

Chicago-based Anupy Singla is a former broadcast journalist turned author and entrepreneur. Her commitment to simple, healthful, family-style cooking were reflected in her first book, The Indian Slow Cooker, named a Top 10 Cookbook of 2011 by The Atlantic, and her newly released second book, Indian for Everyone: The Home Cook’s Guide to Traditional Favorites, promises to make Indian cuisine even more accessible to the home cook.
