mRELEVANCE Wins Six OBIE Awards for Marketing and Social Media

mRELEVANCE OBIEsThe mRELEVANCE, LLC team was honored with six OBIE Awards at the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association’s 34th annual OBIE Awards for its work on social media, interactive and email marketing campaigns for many of the top home builders in Atlanta. This year, the marketing, communication and interactive agency, based in Chicago and Atlanta, won four gold and two silver awards.

“We were honored to be a part of so many award-winning campaigns this year,” stated Mitch Levinson, managing partner of mRELEVANCE. “We are proud that we able to utilize our talents to help so many companies promote their business through digital and interactive marketing.”

mRELEVANCE won four Gold OBIEs — Best Social Media Campaign – Builder/Developer and Best Email Marketing for its work with Traton Homes, Best Interactive Tool – Builder/Developer for The Providence Group and Best Social Media Campaign – Associate for its own Pawfice Counterpart campaign.

Working with Traton Homes, mRELEVANCE developed the Pinterest Perfect Model Home campaign. The campaign was design to promote the grand opening of Traton Homes’ Lafayette Square model home. This project was awarded a Gold OBIE for both Best Email Marketing Message and Best Social Media Campaign for a Builder/Developer. By using the #PinterestPerfectModel hashtag, contestants were encouraged to build a Pinterest board. This added 170 new Pinterest followers, an 88 percent increase, and 290 new Facebook likes, a 20 percent increase, to Traton Homes’ social media sites.

Also receiving top honors was The Providence Group, which was awarded a Gold OBIE for Best Interactive Tool for a Builder/Developer. Built by mRELEVANCE, this customizable survey tool was designed to collect information from prospective home buyers, current homeowners and Realtors. This survey tool can be found on the builder’s website which allows The Providence Group to have a better understanding of the needs of its buyers. This information will help tailor future home plans, features and marketing efforts to better fit the buyers’ needs.

mRELEVANE’s own Pawfice Counterpart campaign was awarded a Gold OBIE. The Pawfice Counterpart campaign featured a different team member each day with their animal counterparts. This included pictures and fun facts about the team member and their pet. The winning team member was Mitch Levinson along with his two adorable dogs. The campaign was designed to engage fan interaction and to increase more followers across the company’s social media channels. This campaign successfully increased engagement and followers, and it also increased website traffic from Facebook by more than 2,300 percent!

In addition, the mRELEVANCE team took home two Silver OBIE awards for Best Email Marketing Message and Best Social Media Campaign – Builder/Developer for Southeast Real Estate Investment’s On Target for Real Estate interactive campaign.

The Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association’s OBIE Awards celebrates its 34th anniversary in 2014. The awards began in 1980 and have grown throughout the years to feature more than 100 building, remodeling, marketing and personal achievement categories.
