AROUND TOWN—Chicago may be frigid, but the new restaurant scene is hot this winter. Check out the hottest upcoming spots this season in Eater’s winter opening guide.

LOGAN SQUARE—Paul McGee of Three Dots and a Dash fame is opening a tiki bar on Diversey in as soon as a week. Lost Lake, in a partnership with the Longman & Eagle and Parson’s Chicken & Fish guys, will also have a takeout Chinese spot next door.
