When the sun goes down on Saturday, Jan. 17, it’s time for the Chicago Bluegrass and Blues Festival. This festival series features many bluegrass artists at different venues. This weekend, you can see Lucero at the Concord Music Hall with a special guest, The Sadies. Tickets for this show are $23.50 with a service charge of $5.99 if purchased online. The show starts at 8 p.m. and lasts till 2 a.m., and you must be 18-years-old to attend.

It’s time to laugh out loud at The Chicago Sketch Comedy Festival. You can catch a show until Sunday, Jan. 18. This is the largest sketch comedy festival in the country and will feature hilarious performers that will make you forget about your stressful work week.
