Public relations and marketing pro Julie Johnson has been named operations manager for the Chicago office of mRELEVANCE, LLC. In this newly created role, Johnson organizes company procedures in order to better serve clients through effective planning and implementation of marketing initiatives.

“We are excited to have Julie on our team,” stated Mitch Levinson, managing partner of Marketing RELEVANCE. “She has a wide array of experience that will help us develop relevant goals and strategies for our clients.”

From Atlanta, Johnson graduated from Georgia State University in 2004 with a bachelor of arts in film and video and a bachelor of arts in journalism with a concentration in public relations.

Johnson has worked for companies such as Evolv Real Estate Solutions and Chick-fil-A. At Evolv, she directed and executed creative design for client projects, updated social media sites, maintained client websites and coordinated marketing collateral.

After moving to Chicago, Johnson worked as a project manager at R.C. Romine & Associates. There, she managed graphic design and website development projects, updated social media sites and was responsible for maintaining relationships with publication advertising representatives and vendors.

As operations manager, Johnson manages general bookkeeping and accounting, human resources, coordination of account management workflow, strategic planning and general office administration.
