NAHB Wants Your Chicago New Home Photos for the Chance to Win

August 12, 2013

Chicago Real Estate ForumDuring the month of June each year, the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and all of our members celebrate Homeownership Month. As part of this year’s celebration, we launched a new consumer imprint, MyHome Press, which is designed to help current and future homeowners make good decisions when it comes to every aspect of home buying and home owning.

As part of the MyHome Press brand, we recently launched a MyHome Press Pinterest page, but we need your help filling our boards with beautiful pictures! This is why we are asking Chicago home builders and remodelers to help us out by sending in your best home design and remodeling photos. And, for each photo you submit, we will enter your name into a drawing for a $350 Home Depot gift card, which will be held on August 30, 2013.

Photos can come from the following categories:

  • Green homes
  • Kitchens
  • Built-ins/space savers/closets
  • Home offices
  • Bathrooms
  • Makeovers (before and after photos)
  • Landscaping/yards
  • Outdoor living areas

To enter, follow these three easy steps by August 19, 2013.

  1. Decide which award-winning quality photos you want to include.
  2. Save your photos as JPG files to a CD, and create a folder for each category. The file should be named as company/category/picture number.
  3. Complete the photo release form and mail it along with the CD to Attn: Patricia Potts, MyHome Press, NAHB, 2013 15th Street NW Washington , DC 20005

If your photos are chosen, we will include your company name and link back to your website, so that your brand can get great exposure and recognition among the active Pinterest community.

Now that you know, go find your best photos and make sure you’re showcased on our new Pinterest page for years to come.
