PWB Greater Chicago

Don’t miss the Professional Women in Building (PWB) of Greater Chicago’s next event, Bagels and Bloody Marys, on Thursday, March 20. Beginning at 8:30 a.m. at Banner Plumbing Supply in Buffalo Grove, Carole Jones, vice chair of the NAHB PWB council, will be on hand to speak about her experience with the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and the PWB Council.

Carole Jones, CAPS, CGB, CGP, formed a luxury home building company with her husband, Bob Jones, in 1979. She has worn many hats within her local, state and national HBAs, including serving as the NAHB’s First Lady in 2010, as her husband was the chair of the national organization.

In addition to service as the NAHB’s Vice Chair of the PWB, she is also the Region C Trustee and a member of the NAHB Budget and Finance Committee. Named the 2007 NAHB Woman of the Year, Carole remains very active within her local HBA and PWB council. She will provide attendees with a wealth of knowledge about being a woman in the real estate industry in Chicago, as well as how membership in both the NAHB and PWB can benefit everyone.

The Bagels and Bloody Marys event will be held from 8:30 until 10:30 a.m. at Banner Plumbing Supply, which is located at 1020 E. Lake Cook Road in Buffalo Grove. The cost to attend is $20 per person. To register for the event, click here.

Even if you’re not a current PWB member, still plan to attend this education and information event. As an added bonus, if you join the PWB council at this event, you can attend your next PWB event for free!
