At the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association’s 35th annual OBIE awards, mRELEVANCE, LLC won a prestigious nine total awards, five Gold and four Silver OBIEs. The OBIE Awards are the highest awards given in the Atlanta new home construction industry for marketing, sales, building and remodeling, presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council.

“We’re proud of the work that our agency has done for our clients throughout the past year, resulting in us being awarded the most OBIEs in company history!” said Carol Morgan, managing partner of mRELEVANCE. She continues, “Being honored with nine awards is a testament to the cutting-edge, creative work our talented team does, from marketing campaigns and social media to interactive sales center kiosks and web development.”

The Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association’s OBIE Awards was established in 1980 and is celebrating its 35th anniversary. This awards ceremony has expanded throughout the years to comprise more than 100 marketing, remodeling, building and personal achievement categories. The OBIE Awards’ name was chosen because of the obelisk shape award that is given out to winners.

Best Brochure – Corporate – Associate

The Dress Your Desk contest created by mRELEVANCE was a unique way for team members to show their creative side by decorating or “dressing” their personal workspace with a theme of their choosing. Each team members’ design was featured on Facebook with information explaining the theme and why they chose it. At the end of the contest, the top three winners were decided by how many Facebook likes their desks received. While the contest was running, the Facebook page for mRELEVANCE had a 10 percent fan increase and engagement went up by 40 percent. Dress Your Desk photos received a total of 937 likes, 92 comments and 28 shares. This contest was a great success!

Best Website – Corporate – Associate and Best Mobile Website – Associate

The mRELEVANCE team works tirelessly to remain on the cutting-edge of marketing techniques for all their clients and prospective clients. This dedication is demonstrated by the mRELEVANCE website. Visitors to the site are treated to interactive links and impressive visual content on every page. Because of this, mRELEVANCE was presented with two Gold OBIE Awards for the overall site and the mobile version for being the best in their relevant categories. Since the site launched, traffic has nearly tripled and leads have risen by 15 percent. The mRELEVANCE website utilizes the foremost web design trends and it is fully responsive on all types of devices.

Best Brochure – Corporate – Associate

Guaranty Mortgage needed a brochure that combined well-written copy and appealing images to help simplify the mortgage process and reduce stress for the homebuyer. The mRELEVANCE team took on the challenge and created a sales brochure designed for mortgage professionals to carry with them but “vast” enough to leave a lasting imprint.

Best Website – Community

The Providence Group’s Bellmoore Park website shows all of the exclusive and sophisticated homes and amenities that this master-planned community in Johns Creek, Georgia provides. The Providence Group is the only builder of more than 600 homes at Bellmoore Park and the website provides the user with a well designed, simple and easy-to-navigate design. Visitors can view all that the community has to offer while illustrating the luxury, lifestyle and attention to detail that all homeowners will appreciate at Bellmoore Park. This responsive website was honored with an OBIE for its continuous branding and marketing and its unique interactive site plan that allows visitors to view real-time data on the available properties. By the opening of the community in February of 2015, 11 sales were contributed by website leads!

Best Audio Spot

Atlanta Real Estate Forum, the longest running radio show concentrating on Atlanta new homes and homebuilders, offers an exclusive format for the industry experts and consumers to get the most recent Atlanta real estate news. Carol Morgan and Bryan Nonni from mRELEVANCE, and Todd Schnick from Intrepid Media host the show. The radio show features three separate weekly editions – Around Atlanta, which highlights an attraction or event taking place in the Atlanta area, All About Real Estate, an interview segment with an expert or insider in the industry, and Deal of the Week, which focuses on an incentive or deal offered by a local builder. Available for download on iTunes, Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio remains the leading source of traffic to the Atlanta Real Estate Forum blog.
Best Marketing Campaign/Promotion – Associate (Budget Under $10,000)
When the Marketing RELEVANCE team was preparing to launch their new website, they created an amazing marketing campaign to promote the launch. The branding of the new website combined the message “drive more leads” and the main tagline; “We put your marketing in the fast lane,” and remained consistent across each element.. The campaign used mRELEVANCE branded Matchbox cars and postcards designed to spread the word about the new website, inform potential clients about mRELEVANCE, and what the company does best. Marketing RELEVANCE won a Silver OBIE for Best Marketing Campaign for this creative website launch campaign.

Best Interactive Tool – Builder/Developer

The Providence Group’s Bellmoore Park community has a state-of-the-art interactive sales tool created by the mRELEVANCE developers. The tool utilizes a touch-screen kiosk and multiple iPad stations, allowing prospective homebuyers to discover the community in a new and unique way. Homebuyers can use this tool as an “interactive” sales agent if they prefer, or when a live agent might not be available.. Among the many features are community details, 3D renderings, amenity information, photo and video galleries, the capability to print floor plan brochures from the kiosk, and a visitor survey. One of the main features of this tool is that it allows potential buyers to explore the interactive site plan by zooming in on a certain area within the community. They can view available home sites, floor plans that can be constructed, and more..

Best Social Media Application – Builder/Developer

A (P)inspire Pinterest contest was created in order to promote The Providence Group’s innovative Design Center.. Contributors were encouraged to create a dream home board for a chance to win a $250 Pottery Barn gift card. Not only did the contest achieve its goal of bringing recognition to the new Design Center, but it also made potential buyers aware of the Providence Group’s Pinterest page and social media presence..The contest received 149 entries!
